Pooches Basics is a series of six hour-long sessions designed to get you and your puppy or dog started off on the right paw. Each lesson provides the foundation for the next lesson. It is necessary that you practice the assignments given you because it is repetition and consistency that will help your dog learn and reach your goals for his behavior.

Unlike group lessons, filled with distractions that keep your puppy stressed and unable to focus, in-home lessons allow you to work in a calm, familiar environment for your puppy.

Your dog can relax and learn, and you get one-on-one personalized attention to your needs instead of a cookie-cutter program. Your lessons are completely about you and your dog, so you can make the most of what is covered, get your own issues addressed, and ask as many questions as you like.

By teaching your puppy how to interact with people and its environment early, you will make learning easy, prevent problems, and begin a lifelong relationship built on teamwork and respect. Older dogs respond quickly to these science-based training methods, and will replace bad habits with new better ones.
